YouTube 표지 데이터 처리 / Data handling

직접 선택한 영상 ID만 로컬 컴퓨터와 DeckBar 조회 서버를 거쳐 YouTube Data API에 전달합니다. Google은 요청을 처리하며 표지는 Google 이미지 서버에서 가져옵니다. Cloudflare가 조회 서버를 운영하며 네트워크 통신에는 IP 주소가 사용됩니다. DeckBar는 영상 ID·IP·조회 본문·계정·시청 기록을 데이터베이스나 자체 요청 로그에 저장하지 않습니다. 서버에는 날짜별 요청 횟수만 저장합니다. 광고·분석·판매에 사용하지 않습니다.

제목·표지·원본 링크는 컴퓨터 메모리에 최대 1시간 보관하고 연결된 태블릿에 전달합니다. 확장의 ‘연결 해제’를 누르면 새 조회를 중단하고 해당 메모리를 지웁니다. 탭을 닫거나 다른 영상으로 이동해도 선택이 해제됩니다. 연결이 끊기면 최대 8초 뒤 표시가 지워집니다. 인터넷이 없거나 한도가 끝나면 표지는 표시하지 않습니다. 일반 탭의 재생 상태나 내부 화면을 읽지 않습니다. 시스템 미디어 제어는 선택한 표지와 다른 활성 플레이어에 적용될 수 있습니다.

Only an explicitly selected video ID is sent through the local computer and DeckBar lookup service to the YouTube Data API. Images come from Google. Cloudflare hosts the lookup service; network providers process IP addresses. DeckBar does not persist video IDs, IPs, request bodies, accounts or viewing history in its database or application request logs. It stores only daily request counts. No advertising, analytics or sale of this data.

Title, artwork and source link remain in computer memory for at most one hour and are sent to paired tablets. Disconnecting clears them and stops new requests. Closing or navigating away clears the selection; lost connections expire within eight seconds. Offline or exhausted quota means no artwork. The extension does not read playback state or internal page content. System controls may affect a different active player.
